These terms cover custom software, websites, automation, game mod work, and Discord-based orders.
Scope & Delivery
Every order is confirmed in Discord DM or ticket before work begins. The agreed feature list, compatibility target, and delivery method define the project scope.
Licensing
Ready-made modules are licensed for use by the purchasing customer or community. Exclusive custom work must be agreed as exclusive before development starts.
Revisions
Reasonable adjustments are included when they match the original scope. New features or major behavior changes are quoted separately.
Refunds
Digital work cannot be refunded after files or private implementation details are delivered. If a project cannot be completed, Codevity will discuss a fair resolution.
